I Like the First One 😀
How do you inspire happiness? Some find it easy to do so by stringing together beautiful sentences with words that fall into place and fill gaps in our minds. Others create magic by strumming a few notes on their guitar that can instantly lift your spirit. Then there are those who mix the stunning worlds of writing and design to form the best of both worlds.
In this case – Citizens for Optimism; a collaboration of 17 designers who created posters inspiring optimism. There are 17 posters in all, inspired by 17 words.
Being a college student I am getting pretty used to being broke. As much as I would love to go out and buy every new big release it is simply unrealistic on my budget. Because of this I often turn to free content on the web, specifically free flash games. Here is a list of ten of my personal favorites that I have come across browsing free games over the years. While they are nowhere near as impressive as Mass Effect 3 or other big releases of the year they are totally worth spending half an hour to check them out.

Loving how simple and ingenius they are.
Last time we confessed our love for TV shows and today, celebrating the return of one of our favorites for season two (we won’t say the name not to spoil the riddle but you know which one we mean, of course), a post combining our two loves: shows and icons.
Below a set of 15 shows each presented through three icons for your guessing pleasure. We realize that most of these are ridiculously easy if you’re a TV-maniac (and possibly very difficult if you’re not, who knows) but boy, were they fun to work on. (And yes, we’ve seen all these shows, at least a couple of episodes but often quite a lot of them.)
Under each poster there is an answer in white: you have to highlight it to read.
New! Now we’re selling the posters here.
Game of Thrones (yes, it’s back tomorrow)

a) writing this post, which was supposed to be about something else
b) sleeping, which made me go to bed at 5am
c) thinking about anything else, which impressed me and made me dedicate this post to it.
I’m not going to explain the game here, you should’ve heard about it by now, given that developer OMGPOP was acquired by casual gaming titan ZYNGA for about 200 million bucks and having spread little pieces of finger art all over the internet. So here we go, 5 reasons why the game is ridiculously addictive and (dr)awesome, and why you should definitely try it out (unless you have any important stuff to do, then don’t, because…
